DAY 1 ARRIVE IN SIEM REAP day-1
Meet your Travelling Concierge and be transferred to your delightful hotel. The day is at leisure, perhaps relax under the frangipani trees beside the magni cent pool, or enjoy a massage to ease your way into your holiday. day-2DAY 2 ANGKOR WAT IN STYLE.
Visit Angkor Wat in true style, with a renowned Khmer scholar from the Angkor Temple Conservation Institution. Learn about Khmer history, culture, archaeology and civilisation, as he brings to life the stories contained in the bas reliefs and murals. In the afternoon, visit Angkor Thom, an entire walled city and Capital of Cambodia from the 12th to the 16th century. At night, see a performance of the Phare Circus combining local traditions with new creative genres to form an amazing triumph of beautifully choreographed acrobatics and dance. (BB)

DAY 3 TA PHROM, TA NEI, AND TA KEO.day-3
In the morning, journey into the hauntingly exotic atmosphere of Ta Phrom Temple. Then explore Ta Nei – a hidden oasis well off the beaten track. Finally, Ta Keo, known as the ‘mountain with bronze peaks’. Admire the overlapping terraces surrounded by a moat. Toast your time together with newfound friends with dinner and wine tonight included at a local restaurant. (BB,RD)

day-4DAY4 DYNAMIC HO CHI MINH CITY
First, head for your included ight to Vietnam. On arrival in Ho Chi Minh City, enjoy some free time before a cocktail reception with traditional dance performances at the Art Salon Saigon. DAY 5 THE BEST OF SAIGON.day-5

Head out sightseeing at high speed in our private chartered speedboat. See the changing faces of Vietnam from the glittering skyscrapers to the green paddy elds along the Saigon River. Your destination is the Cu Chi tunnels. Visit the underground villages with a VC veteran who used to live there.  Back in the city, a leisurely walking tour shares all of the highlights, and over a cup of Vietnamese coffee, gain an appreciation for the street-side cafe culture. day-6DAY6 CRUISE THE MEKONG DELTA.
Take a charming cruise on the Mekong Delta to see coconut production and processing and enjoy a taste of the freshest juice possible. See locals creaking bricks as they have for centuries with their small brick kiln. Take a tri-motor cycle along the village roads
and stop at a rice noodle factory to see the most popular breakfast in the region being produced. Cruise on to Mango Home, and meet Mr Sau Tuong, a former soldier who fought the Khmer Rouge in Cambodia. (BB,L)

DAY 7 HUE IN ROYAL SPLENDOUR.day-7
In the morning, board your flight to Hue. Enjoy a cyclo ride to Thanh Toan village to the agriculture museum for an insight into rice production. In the evening, enjoy the royal treatment at Ancient Hue Restaurant. Dress in traditional costume and savour an unforgettable dinner with typical dishes served to royalty. day-8DAY8 HUE
Start the day early with a visit to the UNESCO Heritage listed Imperial Citadel
in a private session before it opens to the public. A renowned local historian takes you through the towering main gates to hear about the intrigue of the former royal court. After breakfast, visit the royal tomb of Minh Mang. Later, meet the headmaster of the Vietnamese Royal Martial Arts at an ancient temple and learn about the training activities of the practitioners. Attend a performance
of different martial arts techniques. At Dong Thuyen pagoda, relax in the peaceful precinct before enjoying a vegetarian lunch prepared by the nuns. (BB,L)

DAY9 ROMANTIC HOI ANday-9
Enjoy a scenic drive to Hoi An over the spectacular Hai Van Mountain pass. During your walking tour of Hoi An, visit the old merchant’s houses, the Japanese Covered Bridge and Assembly Hall. Finally, visit the market with stalls brimming with local specialities. Enjoy time at leisure in the afternoon. Perhaps admire the spectacular sunset on a kayak trip along the poetic Thu Bon River, or board a local river boat to the Cua Dai Sea. day-10DAY 10 LEARN FROM THE LOCALS IN HOI AN.

Visit Cam Thanh Village, once a shelter for local people and soldiers during the Vietnam War, and now a village supplying seafood, vegetables and rice to the area. Board a bamboo basket-boat to ride to the Thanh Dong village and learn from the villagers how they cultivate and harvest vegetables. Join in a hands-on cooking class with a local chef and try the local delicacies that you make for lunch. (BB,HL) 

DAY 11 CRUISE HALONG BAY.day-11
Board a morning ight to Hanoi and journey to Halong Bay to board your deluxe junk by lunchtime. Visit the mysterious Tien Ong Cave, and the Cua Van area. In the evening, the choice is yours to either, participate in a cooking demonstration with the on-board chef, or relax on the top deck to watch the sunset.  day-12DAY 12 HALONG TO HANOI.

Greet the day with Tai Chi on the upper deck or take an early morning swim in the Bay before returning to Hanoi. Stop at Dao Thuc village to meet a traditional artisan puppet maker and see a water puppet performance in a lotus pond. (CB)

day-13 DAY 13 HANOI STREET-FOOD TASTING TOUR. 

Start the day with an electric cart ride through re ned Hanoi, seeing the Opera house, French Avenues, Sword Lake and the Jade Mountain temple. Then, join a local foodie for a taste of the street-food culture. On your guided walk, learn about what locals love and try tastes of the very best including rice paper rolls, crab spring rolls, beef noodle soup, com cake and other delights. Start the day with a visit to the Temple of Literature, to meet a renowned scholar to hear about this institution.  day-16DAY 16 UNESCO HERITAGE AND SUNSET CRUISE.

Start the day with a walk to the top of Mount Phousi to admire spectacular views across the Mekong and Khan rivers. Then, enjoy a UNESCO walk of the Heritage site. Your Travelling Concierge will take you through small streets and alleys to see the local rural lifestyle, and on to visit the famous Wat Xiengthong or ‘Temple of the Golden City’. DAY 17 NATURAL BEAUTY & LOCAL WAY OF LIFE. day-17

For the early risers, this is a real treat! Embrace the opportunity to offer alms to the hundreds of saffron-robed monks. Afterwards, visit the bustling morning market. Following breakfast, head to Kuang Si waterfall to enjoy a leisurely walk through the national park. Stop at the Kuang Si Bear Rescue Centre for a behind-the-scenes private tour. Savour your lunch at Ock Pop Tock, famous for helping preserve unique hand-loomed textile methods. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. YOUR HOLIDAY RESERVATION

On receipt of your deposit, subject to availability and at our discretion, World Juanderer will reserve your place on your selected holiday. A contract is only made between you and us upon your booking being confirmed and accepted by us.

  1. PRICE

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Each package tour and its add-ons are subject to change based on the tour operators and number or participants in the tour.

  1. IF WE CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY

3.1 World Juanderer reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

3.2 If an alternative is not available or acceptable, you will be entitled to either a full refund of monies paid by you to us or transfer to another World Juanderer holiday without payment of any transfer fee.

3.4 If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, bad weather conditions etc.), we will give a full refund of any monies paid to us less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.

3.5 World Juanderer is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any trip departure.

  1. HOLIDAY DETAILS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 With our personal experience in traveling and joining these tour packages, World Juanderer will do our best, at our discretion, to select accommodation, sightseeing trips, and transportation to give you good value for money.

4.2 World Juanderer constantly strives to improve trip itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. World Juanderer is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  1. LIABILITY

5.1 We will be entitled to keep for each account any interest earned on such monies.

5.3 All monies paid by you to us, whether in respect of the deposit or full payment, may be disbursed by us as and when we see fit, in respect of the services to be provided and/or fees payable under your selected holiday. The payment of a deposit or any other monies in respect of your holiday shall be deemed to be an authorization to disburse thereof as aforesaid.

  1. BOOKING YOUR TRAVEL

1.1 In order to reserve your holiday, you must inquire and get in touch with the Travel Specialist to check the preferred travel package. World Juanderer accepts the deposit as a first installment of the holiday price only once World Juanderer has confirmed the booking in writing.

1.2 Deposit and final payment will be converted to the local currency (if payment is non-Philippines Peso) at point of booking. Conversion is based on the prevailing exchange rate at time of full/balance payment and what is released by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

1.3 World Juanderer cannot guarantee special add-on requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if clients’ special requirements are not fulfilled.

  1. PAYMENT

2.1 If payment isn’t made by the due date, World Juanderer may assume that you have cancelled and World Juanderer will levy cancellation charges in accordance with clause 3 below.

2.2 Tickets and other documents will not be forwarded until we have received full payment.

2.3 In the case of Late Bookings made within 45 days of your departure from your home country, the full cost of the holiday will be payable immediately on booking and we reserve the right to provide all travel documents at the holiday departure point.
