Itinerary

DAY 1 IN DUBLIN’S FAIR CITY

Welcome to Dublin. On arrival at Dublin Airport, your airport shuttle service leaves for your hotel at 08:00, 11.00 & 13:30. Later, join your Tour Director for an orientation tour that brings to life Dublin’s architectural treasures and history, stretching back more than 1,000 years. Tour Dublin’s beautiful Georgian squares and walk through the cobbled courtyards of Trinity College and experience a student-led insight into its history. Then, enjoy fast-track entry into its famed library and the 9th century Book of Kells exhibition. Upstairs, in the magnificent barrel-vaulted Long Room, 200,000 of the Library’s oldest books are housed in a procession of oak bookcases. Back at your hotel, join your Tour Director for a warm and friendly Welcome Reception with drinks and the opportunity to mingle and get to know each other over a pleasant evening of dinner and wine. Hotel: Clyde Court, Dublin Welcome Reception and Dinner

DAY 2 CASHEL AND BLARNEY, HEADING FOR KILLARNEY

Depart Dublin, and pass the famous Curragh Racecourse and green meadows where many of the finest Irish racehorses are bred. Driving south, stop to visit the spectacular Rock of Cashel, crowned with medieval buildings, dominating the flat countryside for miles around. Continue to Blarney Castle where you can climb to the ramparts and kiss the magical stone to ensure a lifetime of eloquence. Head to Killarney, where you may fancy a ‘pint of porter’. This town on the lakes is famous for its lively pubs, in the evening why not join in the ‘craic’. Hotel: Killarney Plaza, Killarney – Full Breakfast, Dinner

DAY 3 RING OF KERRY EXPERIENCE

(Relaxed Start) In the morning, with a Local Expert, travel the road that winds around the beautiful Iveragh Peninsula, better known as the Ring of Kerry. Stopping at Torc Waterfall for photos, there is a chance to join a hike with a local along the lake shore and past the farmlands of the Muckross Estate, admiring the spectacular scenery. Walk by West Meadow Bay and see Muckross Abbey. (While there are no mountains to climb, walkers should be fit, have good walking shoes or boots, sunscreen and rain gear.) For those who do not want to join the hike, the coach will return you to Killarney, where the rest of the day is free to spend at leisure. Hotel: Killarney Plaza, Killarney – Full Breakfast

DAY 4 THE CLIFFS OF MOHER AND RATHBAUN FARM, THEN ON TO GALWAY

Cross the Shannon Estuary by ferry and enter County Clare. Stop at the Exhibition Centre and enjoy a walk along the Cliffs of Moher, raised approximately 700 feet above the pounding Atlantic waves. Then travel north across the Burren, a suddenly stark and barren landscape. Drop in for afternoon tea at Rathbaun Farm and meet a Galway farming family as they carry out their everyday chores. Watch as the farmer shears a sheep and manoeuvres his flock with the help of his dog. Next, on to tour Galway, ‘City of the Tribes’, including lovely Galway Cathedral. DAY 5 CAPTIVATING CONNEMARA

(Relaxed Start) Embark upon a superb excursion through a wonderland of rivers, lakes and silent hills. Stop at lakeside Kylemore Abbey – a castellated neo-Gothic mansion, occupied today by a Benedictine community of nuns who came from Ypres after World War I. Hotel: Connemara Coast, Galway Full Breakfast

DAY 6 ALONG THE SHORES OF LOCH CORRIB TO ASHFORD CASTLE

(Relaxed Start) Board ‘The Isle of Innisfree’ for an exclusive scenic cruise of Loch Corrib with lunch. The captain, also the author of ‘A Voyage of Discovery’ (the history of Ashford Castle), will share his wealth of local knowledge with you. As you disembark, a lone piper escorts you over the drawbridge to majestic Ashford Castle. DAY 7 ACROSS THE EMERALD ISLE TO DUBLIN

DAY 8 DEPART DUBLIN

Your tour comes to an end after breakfast. Departure transfers arrive at Dublin Airport at 07:30, 09:30 & 11:30. Full Breakfast

  1. YOUR HOLIDAY RESERVATION

On receipt of your deposit, subject to availability and at our discretion, World Juanderer will reserve your place on your selected holiday. A contract is only made between you and us upon your booking being confirmed and accepted by us.

  1. PRICE

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Each package tour and its add-ons are subject to change based on the tour operators and number or participants in the tour.

  1. IF WE CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY

3.1 World Juanderer reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

3.2 If an alternative is not available or acceptable, you will be entitled to either a full refund of monies paid by you to us or transfer to another World Juanderer holiday without payment of any transfer fee.

3.4 If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, bad weather conditions etc.), we will give a full refund of any monies paid to us less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.

3.5 World Juanderer is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any trip departure.

  1. HOLIDAY DETAILS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 With our personal experience in traveling and joining these tour packages, World Juanderer will do our best, at our discretion, to select accommodation, sightseeing trips, and transportation to give you good value for money.

4.2 World Juanderer constantly strives to improve trip itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. World Juanderer is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  1. LIABILITY

5.1 We will be entitled to keep for each account any interest earned on such monies.

5.3 All monies paid by you to us, whether in respect of the deposit or full payment, may be disbursed by us as and when we see fit, in respect of the services to be provided and/or fees payable under your selected holiday. The payment of a deposit or any other monies in respect of your holiday shall be deemed to be an authorization to disburse thereof as aforesaid.

  1. BOOKING YOUR TRAVEL

1.1 In order to reserve your holiday, you must inquire and get in touch with the Travel Specialist to check the preferred travel package. World Juanderer accepts the deposit as a first installment of the holiday price only once World Juanderer has confirmed the booking in writing.

1.2 Deposit and final payment will be converted to the local currency (if payment is non-Philippines Peso) at point of booking. Conversion is based on the prevailing exchange rate at time of full/balance payment and what is released by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

1.3 World Juanderer cannot guarantee special add-on requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if clients’ special requirements are not fulfilled.

  1. PAYMENT

2.1 If payment isn’t made by the due date, World Juanderer may assume that you have cancelled and World Juanderer will levy cancellation charges in accordance with clause 3 below.

2.2 Tickets and other documents will not be forwarded until we have received full payment.

2.3 In the case of Late Bookings made within 45 days of your departure from your home country, the full cost of the holiday will be payable immediately on booking and we reserve the right to provide all travel documents at the holiday departure point.
