The walled city of Dubrovnik is the top tourist draw in Croatia. The medieval city houses many old attractions, the best of which include a Dominican monastery and a fortress build by the invading Napoleon Bonaparte. The island of Split houses the even more ancient Roman palace of Diocletian, while the capital city of Zagreb has no shortage of museums, churches, and parks.
