Day 1 ARRIVAL IN COPENHAGEN(–/–/D)

Upon arrival in Copenhagen, meet your local driver and tour escort. You will be transferred to your hotel and accommodation for check in. The rest of the day is free for your own leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 COPENHAGEN(B/–/D)

After hotel breakfast, proceed to the tour of North Zealand. The tour will take you through the Danish countryside enroute to Hillerød, where you will visit the Frederiksborg Castle, built by Christian IV in the 17th century now housing the National History Museum with its many treasures of paintings, tapestries, porcelain etc. Continue to a panoramic view of Fredensborg Castle, the Queen’s summer residence with its lovely gardens. Continue out to the coast for a view of the magnificent Kronborg Castle in Elsinore, famously known as the castle of Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Return to your Copenhagen Hotel along the scenic coastal road. Have your dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 3 COPENHAGEN- (Cruise) OSLO(B/–/D)

After hotel breakfast, prepare for check out and proceed to your city tour. The visit of Copenhagen takes you into the heart of the Danish capital, full of historical buildings and ancient streets. You will see the Little Mermaid and the Gefion fountain, the royal residence- Amalienborg Palace and the Nyhavn Canal with its charming outdoor restaurants and picturesque cafés. Then proceed with the outside view of Royal Opera House. For April and May, continue with the entrance of Tivoli Gardens before proceeding to the pier for an overnight ferry going to Oslo. Dinner and overnight inside the board ship.

Day 4 OSLO(B/–/D)

After breakfast onboard, prepare for check out and proceed with your city tour. The tour starts going to the National Theatre, Parliament, and Royal Palace. Continue to the Opera House, Norway`s first entry into the top league of modern architecture and view the Oslo Cathedral, that dominates parts of the down town scene. Visit the Viking Ship Museum, where to see two 1100 year old Viking-ships and various other Viking artifacts. Go to Vigeland Sculpture Park and enjoy wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, proceed to your 2 hours Fjord City Cruise before transferring to your hotel and accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 OSLO, NORWAY –STOCKHOLM(B/–/D)

After hotel breakfast, prepare for check out and take a long drive going to Stockholm. While en route, have a visit to the Orebro Castle. Upon arrival in Stockholm, have dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6 STOCKHOLM(B/–/D)

After hotel breakfast, proceed to your city tour. The visit of Stockholm, a city often referred to as the Venice of the North, starts at Fjällgatan to see the magnificent view of the Swedish capital, spread out on 14 islands with Lake Mälar on one side and the Baltic Sea on the other. You will see the Old Town with its fascinating narrow cobble-stoned alleys, the Royal palace, the Cathedral, and the City Hall where the festivities of the annual Nobel Prize award takes place. Then, take a journey down musical memory lane as you visit the Abba Museum. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – (Cruise) HELSINKI(B/–/D)

After hotel breakfast, enjoy a visit to Vassa Ship Museum. Have free time and later board your ship for the overnight ferry to Finland and enjoy dinner onboard.

Day 8 HELSINKI(B/–/D)

After breakfast onboard, prepare for check out and proceed with your city tour. During the tour of the Finnish capital you will admire the major sights such as the Rock Church, the Senate Square surrounded by the Lutheran Cathedral of Helsinki, the University and Library of Helsinki, the Sibelius monument, the Olympic stadium, and the new Opera House. Dinner and Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9 HELSINKI, FINLAND DEPARTURE(B/–/–)

After hotel breakfast, prepare for check out and have free time before transferring to the airport for your flight back to Manila.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. YOUR HOLIDAY RESERVATION

On receipt of your deposit, subject to availability and at our discretion, World Juanderer will reserve your place on your selected holiday. A contract is only made between you and us upon your booking being confirmed and accepted by us.

2. PRICE

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Each package tour and its add-ons are subject to change based on the tour operators and number or participants in the tour.

3. IF WE CANCEL OR CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY

3.1 World Juanderer reserves the right to change or cancel your booking in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.

3.2 If an alternative is not available or acceptable, you will be entitled to either a full refund of monies paid by you to us or transfer to another World Juanderer holiday without payment of any transfer fee.

3.4 If the change or cancellation is due to force majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, bad weather conditions etc.), we will give a full refund of any monies paid to us less reasonable expenses incurred by us in respect of your booking.

3.5 World Juanderer is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any trip departure.

4. HOLIDAY DETAILS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 With our personal experience in traveling and joining these tour packages, World Juanderer will do our best, at our discretion, to select accommodation, sightseeing trips, and transportation to give you good value for money.

4.2 World Juanderer constantly strives to improve trip itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. World Juanderer is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

5. LIABILITY

5.1 We will be entitled to keep for each account any interest earned on such monies.

5.3 All monies paid by you to us, whether in respect of the deposit or full payment, may be disbursed by us as and when we see fit, in respect of the services to be provided and/or fees payable under your selected holiday. The payment of a deposit or any other monies in respect of your holiday shall be deemed to be an authorization to disburse thereof as aforesaid.

1. BOOKING YOUR TRAVEL

1.1 In order to reserve your holiday, you must inquire and get in touch with the Travel Specialist to check the preferred travel package. World Juanderer accepts the deposit as a first installment of the holiday price only once World Juanderer has confirmed the booking in writing.

1.2 Deposit and final payment will be converted to the local currency (if payment is non-Philippines Peso) at point of booking. Conversion is based on the prevailing exchange rate at time of full/balance payment and what is released by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

1.3 World Juanderer cannot guarantee special add-on requests nor will it assume any responsibility or liability if clients’ special requirements are not fulfilled.

2. PAYMENT

2.1 If payment isn’t made by the due date, World Juanderer may assume that you have cancelled and World Juanderer will levy cancellation charges in accordance with clause 3 below.

2.2 Tickets and other documents will not be forwarded until we have received full payment.

2.3 In the case of Late Bookings made within 45 days of your departure from your home country, the full cost of the holiday will be payable immediately on booking and we reserve the right to provide all travel documents at the holiday departure point.
